It is a quiet and safe residential area.

It is forbidden to hold meetings and/or parties. Likewise, please respect the general volume during rest hours.

The bungalow has a 120-liter high-recovery water heater; to optimize its function, use the service sparingly.

Entry of people not included in the reservation is prohibited. Visits are not allowed.

In case of early departure, unused dates are non-refundable.

The reservation is personal; if you leave earlier than planned, you cannot invite a third party to take the remaining dates or hours.

We always recommend leaving vehicles and property locked. The establishment is not responsible for damages or theft.

If you break dishes, please inform us so we can replace them; we will not charge extra.

Damages caused to appliances or other significant items due to misuse or guest habits will be charged separately.

Electricity and water are resources we must conserve. Please turn off lights and close faucets when not in use.

Do not place clothing on heaters! Fire hazard!

In case of cancellation, please notify us in advance. The reservation fee is non-refundable but can be rescheduled according to date availability and subject to new current rates.
