Reservations

To validate a reservation, our clients must send proof of payment and the following information:

Full name

Date of birth

ID number or passport number

CPF (or Tax ID Number)

Address/ Neighborhood/ City/ Postal Code

Telephone

E-mail

Property arrival time / flight number (if arriving by air)

Property departure time

Names of other guests (if any);

Payment Methods, Reservations, Rent, and Security Deposit


To reserve one of our properties, we require a reservation confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental value. The remainder of the rent will be charged in its entirety on a date prior to check-in.

The payment for the 50% reservation deposit can be made by bank transfer/deposit, bank slip (boleto bancario), PayPal, Payoneer, Mercado Pago, credit card, or cash payment at our office.

The payment for the remainder of the rent + cleaning fee + security deposit must be made by transfer/deposit before the keys are handed over.

Occasionally, a cash security deposit will be required at the time of check-in, with a pre-determined amount per property at the time of booking.

To allocate your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer via e-mail / WhatsApp.

Your reservation will be validated once the ALOJAMIENTOS TRIKA reservations department sends a confirmation e-mail.

If, for any reason beyond the control of our administration, the rented property ceases to be available, we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check-in

Check-in Time: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM

The client is obliged to inform us of their arrival time and provide us with their contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be carried out. In the ALOJAMIENTOS TRIKA check-in process, the client must SEND A WHATSAPP MESSAGE in advance to our check-in department (available 24/7), (+54) 9 3815897640, up to ONE HOUR before their arrival at the property. After receiving the message, one of our collaborators will send instructions for entry to the reserved property.

If the client arrives before our official check-in time at 3:00 PM, they can leave their luggage if the apartment is available.

If the apartment is available and the client wishes to guarantee the possibility of an earlier check-in, an arrival between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM can be arranged for a fee of 40% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid in advance.

For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.

Check-out

Check-out Time: 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM

An ALOJAMIENTOS TRIKA employee will meet the client at their apartment (the time will be scheduled in advance) to examine the property, receive the keys, and return the security deposit. Other ways of handing over the keys can be agreed upon depending on each establishment.

If the apartment is available and the client wishes to leave only between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, we require a late check-out fee amounting to 40% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid upon entry.

For check-outs between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, we charge rent equivalent to the next day. If the client does not check out at the agreed time, after a 30-minute grace period, a fine of 88 Reais (BRL) will be charged if this departure is before 11:00 AM. After 11:00 AM, the amount charged will be equivalent to a full daily rate.

Cancellation and Reservation Changes

In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit amount will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the end of the term. Changes to reservation dates will only be permitted upon written confirmation from ALOJAMIENTOS TRIKA.

ALOJAMIENTOS TRIKA has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the client, if one of the following cases occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of neighborhood peace and/or violation of condominium rules, organizing parties, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay the full rent or security deposit.

If the reserved property has an internet connection or cable TV, ALOJAMIENTOS TRIKA assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting therefrom. These services are provided by telecommunication companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rental payment.

In cases of problems accessing our properties due to meteorological issues, ALOJAMIENTOS TRIKA assumes no responsibility for any problems of road interruption/breakages or inconveniences resulting therefrom. These services are provided by road maintenance companies and are beyond our control.

Responsibilities and Obligations of Our Guests

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property rented, as well as for any item belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and its rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the client. Additionally, they may also lead to a premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.

Visitors

Some condominiums do not allow visitor entry. Please contact us before making any reservation where visitors are expected, so we can offer a more suitable property.

Some reservations do not include the consumption of firewood, electricity, and gas; it is necessary to check your rental agreement. If energy consumption is charged, the client must pay the bills equivalent to their period of stay at check-out or, if the rental is longer than 30 days, after each month.

Jurisdiction

The contracting parties elect the Jurisdiction of the District of San Miguel de Tucumán, Tucumán, Argentina.
