It is a large house with two floors, featuring spacious rooms, all well-lit and offering views of the hills. The bedrooms have electric heaters, and the living room has a wood stove for winter, although the adobe construction helps keep the interior at a comfortable temperature.

Access becomes difficult during the rainy season because you need to cross a river to reach the house.

There is only hot water on the ground floor.

It is not recommended to drink tap water due to its source and the lack of regular quality checks.

During winter, cold temperatures may cause low water pressure or even interruptions. In summer, water supply is often cut during storms, but this usually does not affect the house because it has two water tanks and a cistern.

The staircase to the upper floor is wide, but it does not have a handrail.

La Fronterita is located in Paraje La Fronterita, in Los Zazos, Amaicha del Valle. It is a large, two-story house with spacious rooms, all featuring great natural light and views of the hills. It has two bathrooms and two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a private bathroom on the upper floor, and another bedroom on the ground floor that sleeps up to three people.

It is a place designed for unplugging; there are few houses nearby, and the distance from neighbors is approximately 150 meters, making it a very quiet location. The river is close by, about 300 meters away.

It is ideal for hiking through Los Zazos and the surrounding areas, and for connecting with nature, as it is relatively close to the "El Remate" waterfall and the Los Zazos Dam.
