Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you need a special time, please let us know in advance.

Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property.

Smoking: The accommodation is smoke-free. Guests may smoke in outdoor areas like the garden and terrace.

Facility access: The pool and grill house are available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Security: The property has private security and a camera system to ensure the safety of all guests.

Additional services: We provide cleaning services every 3 days, but additional cleaning can be requested for an extra charge.

Condominium rules: As part of a condominium, there are some general rules to follow, such as restrictions on loud noise after 10:00 PM and respect for common areas. Guests are allowed to access outdoor spaces throughout the day, but must respect the community's rest hours.
