No smoking indoors: If you need to smoke, please do so in the outdoor areas.

Pets: They are welcome, but please keep them supervised and do not let them on the furniture.

Noise: Respect the neighbors' rest, especially after 12:00 AM (midnight).

Turn off appliances: To care for the environment, make sure to turn them off when not in use.

Grill / BBQ: If you use it, please leave it clean so the next guest can enjoy it too.

Issues: If any damage or problem arises, let us know immediately. We want to solve it quickly so that nothing affects your stay.

Check-out: Coordinate your departure with the host and leave the space tidy.

Pre-check-in form: Before arrival, a form must be completed requesting basic information for each guest and a photo of the ID or Passport of the person responsible for the booking. It is mandatory that this is completed prior to check-in.

Cleaning service: For stays of 7 nights or more, it is mandatory to hire the cleaning service at least once a week. Service cost: $15 USD.
